Pre-intermediate Spanish courses in Buenos Aires are for students who can understand and communicate in Spanish. This course is ideal for students who can speak Spanish with confidence in the present, past and future simple tenses. It is for students who can perform tasks such as shopping, booking a hotel room, and starting a conversation in Spanish.
Most of our students take courses from levels 1-8 which follow different communicational, grammatical and pragmatic objectives (see “levels”).
On every level, professors use a great variety of learning situations, mixing oral communication and listening comprehension using audio and video, text reading, etc.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get to know two countries so close geographically and so different in many other regards!
The example quoted is for the intensive group course, 1 week at Academia Buenos Aires + 1 week at Academia Uruguay.
Academia Uruguay and Academia Buenos Aires (Argentina) are two schools under the same management, with the same teaching material and the same skill level scales.

How long should I study?
The minimum duration for a language course is usually two weeks, but students benefit the most starting from the 3rd and 4th weeks of their language course, after they get used to the new environment. By this time, the early distractions are over and the student has "settled in". The average student takes about 12 weeks of language studies abroad.
