Intermediate Spanish courses in Cuenca

The Standard Immersion Spanish Course is for students at beginner and intermediate levels, of all ages and nationalities. Our goal is to provide each student with the communication skills to interact comfortably with Spanish speakers in any country.

The Intensive Immersion Spanish course is comprised of 20 hours per week of small group classes in the mornings. These are divided between a more formal grammar-based period, followed by a period devoted to communication and putting into practice what has been learned in the first period, assuring that students become competent communicators in Spanish.

The Cuenca Cultural Programs combine 20 hours of regular intensive Spanish classes with daily excursions from Monday to Thursday to places of historical and cultural interest in and around Quito. This program is perfect for the student who wants to combine their Spanish classes with more touristic activities.

This course consists of 20 lessons in small groups, with an average of 5-6 students and a maximum of 9 students per class. This is our basic intensive course which allows you to practice your Spanish while having time to discover the city in a more relaxed and gradual pace.

This course is a combination of our 20 lessons intensive course in a small group, with 5 private (one-to-one) lessons. You will enjoy group lessons, where you will share different experiences with international students, and learn about different points of view when it comes to learning Spanish.

Our one-to-one lessons are designed for students who want to improve their Spanish very quickly and intensely. This scheme is fully bespoke and is, therefore, available for all language levels, from absolute beginner to the most advanced level included in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment.

Our SALUD (Health) program is aimed at students of medicine, nursing or pharmacy who wish to learn Spanish medical vocabulary, and get acquainted with medical healthcare practices in a Latin American country. It also includes observation of medical practices in a non-profit health center in Cuenca, Ecuador.
