Advanced German courses in Mainz are for students who can speak German fluently and without mistakes. This course is ideal for students who have a wide vocabulary, know colloquial expressions and idioms, and understand all common grammar rules in German. It is for students who can express themselves fluently and spontaneously without searching for expressions.
German Intensive Course 25
The German course with 20 lessons per week is perfect for those, who would like to combine the learning of the language with the learning of the German culture. The students have enough time to spend it outside and discover the nice places in the city and around it.
German Course in the evening
For those, who do not have time to attend the intensive or standard German courses in the morning or afternoon, we offer also evening courses with 4 lessons per week, 2 lessons per evening.
The German Courses in the evening contains as a standard and intensive course the training of such skills as speaking, writing, reading and listening comprehension.
Private German Lessons
For those, who do not have time to attend group German courses and are looking for fast and efficient language skill improvement.
Intensive German Course
20 lessons (x 45 mins or 15 hours) per week
Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:30. The four morning lessons focus on the main areas of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, communicative activities and speaking practice.
Studienkolleg Admission Exam Preparation Course – Exam Preparation Course
The students whose school living certificate is not equal to the German one or the students, who have not got the direct admission to studies, have to study for one year at Studienkolleg (study preparatory college). To get the admission for it, you have to pass the entrance exam.

How long should I study?
The minimum duration for a language course is usually two weeks, but students benefit the most starting from the 3rd and 4th weeks of their language course, after they get used to the new environment. By this time, the early distractions are over and the student has "settled in". The average student takes about 12 weeks of language studies abroad.
