This semi-intensive Academic English course focuses on critical thinking skills and strategies, research techniques, academic writing, reading, listening, and note-taking skills, which are essential for academic success.

Manhattan Language’s English Standard Program is recommended for students looking for an English immersion experience that requires obtaining a student visa. Our Standard Program is 24 lessons per week and it includes a Speaking and Listening class and an Integrated Skills class In the Speaking and Listening class you will focus on developing your English communication skills through class discussion, role-play, debate and many other kinds of exercises.

Manhattan Language’s Tourist Program includes an Integrated Skills class combined with an Academic Skills Elective. In the Integrated Skills class, you will work on improving your grammar knowledge and reading and writing skills.
