Medical English consists of 15 hours General English tuition per week and 7.5 hours Medical English per week.

The Medical English ESP course is aimed at healthcare professionals, university students and generally those working in the medical field. Similarly, this course is great for individuals who need to be highly accurate and clear in their communication whilst showing tact and sensitivity.

Private One-to-One English lessons can be arranged at the school. Minimum booking is 2 hours per session.

At Anglo-Continental our English for Medical Professionals course combines: 20 lessons of intensive general English tuition with 10 lessons each week developing the language of your chosen specialisation. The course is suitable for both Doctors and Nurses and other medical professionals.

At Anglo-Continental our English for Medical Students course combines 20 lessons of intensive general English tuition with 10 lessons each week developing the language of your chosen specialisation. The course is suitable for all students of medicine who are not yet professionally practising.

Students learn English for Special Purposes for example medicine, law and accounting or other specific professional area on request. The course deals with language and vocabulary for specific situations and is adapted to suit the requirements and level of the students.

This program is designed for adults that want to enrol in any course of the major of Medicine of the University of Iberoamerica (UNIBE) and, at the same time, receive Spanish lessons in Costa Rica. The program has a duration of one semester, and it includes courses of the major of Medicine, taught in English, and courses of Spanish.
