Cadiz is located in the Andalucia region of Spain and is the capital of the Cadiz Province. It is one of the oldest cities in Western Europe and is most famous for its large Carnaval, which features lots of people, costumes, dancing, and loud music and generally takes place the weekend before Ash Wednesday. Students taking Spanish courses in Cadiz should not miss the opportunity to try some of the most fresh and delicious fish and shellfish in the world when they study here. They may even want to wash their meal down with some Fino, a very dry sherry wine only found in the area. Students can explore the stone walls of the city and the forts of San Sebastian and San Catalina during their visit; these ancient forts are open to the public and well worth exploring. Students interested in attending a Spanish school in Cadiz, may want to head to the Central Market as well to speak with the locals and catch a great view from the Torre Tavira, where one of the towers holds a great view of the entire city below.

Conversation, the student learns and puts into practice, in real or simulated situations, how to effectively communicate in Spanish. This course stresses the acquisition of new Spanish vocabulary, using readings, tapings, videos and press articles.
Private lessons: one to one classes the student will learn on a personalized manner and will work in the needs/wants he/she desires. The classes will take part in the morning or afternoon.

All of our courses are suitable for adults of all ages because they have a minimum age of 17 years old and we don’t have a maximum age limit. As students tend to travel alone and share common interests such Spanish, the culture, travelling…the age is not usually an issue.
