The English Immersion programme at Immerse Education enables students to improve their knowledge of English, both written and spoken, whilst living in the stunning and inspirational grounds of the Royal Hospital School.
Students attending the English Immersion course benefit from an English programme which has been developed by EFL experts and learning is maximised through small class sizes. Our teachers use dynamic, interactive and fun teaching methods to help push students to their absolute potential . Students will also have a chance to participate in a range of cultural activities outside of the classroom, such as excursions to London and Cambridge University. This is will provide context and the chance for students to try out the skills they have learned in class, as well as building an appreciation of the English Language and its homeland!

The Immerse Education EFL for Future Leaders summer school for 11-15 year olds provides you with an immersive environment in which to further your English language ability while also developing core leadership skills.
You will reside in the historic Royal Hospital boarding school set in 200 acres of idyllic English countryside. In small classes, you’ll develop your vocabulary and grammar through classroom-based learning. This is complemented by interactive workshops which provide practical contexts for you to apply your new language skills as well as honing your competencies as a future leader
Student residences are more suitable for an independent student, who is looking for clean, basic accommodation at an economic price. All students must be 11 - 15. Your housing starts on the Sunday before your first day of class and ends on the Saturday after your last day of class, unless otherwise noted. Learn more about student residence accommodation
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
If you are studying in the UK for over 11 months, you will receive a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that you need to submit to the UK embassy along with your General Student Visa application. Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from . Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.
If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
