Learning English at Alpadia London-City will provide you with an exceptional language immersion experience in a vibrant capital city. With interactive classes (Standard, Intensive or Standard + Private) designed to engage and encourage you in the development and improvement of your communication skills, teachers cover themes of interest and apply a sound and effective methodology to ensure maximum progress. Located in a secure campus, the contemporary classrooms are luminous and offer a state-of-the-art teaching environment.

Located close to Old Street tube station, our stylish residence building is secure and supervised 24/7. With a large foyer and roof terrace with a barbecue, you will sleep in a single bedroom with a private shower and toilet. Eight rooms share a common room with a kitchen and lounge area for you to chill out your new friends in your free time. Only a five-minute walk from the classrooms and dining facilities, this modern residence is ideal, offering you a great space to mingle with new friends and to practise your English daily.

Alpadia London-City offers many exciting excursion destinations. From discovering the many facets of the capital city, to venturing to the university towns of Oxford or Cambridge, plenty is on the menu!

Our awesome programme of activities will ensure that you enjoy daily entertainment from morning to night. With our numerous excursions you will have plenty to explore in London and beyond, discovering the many aspects of the city and its incredible attractions. From Buckingham Palace to Camden Town, from Oxford to Brighton, and much much more, you will wish you could stay longer to live all the exciting experiences that our camp has to offer!

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

If you are studying in the UK for over 11 months, you will receive a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that you need to submit to the UK embassy along with your General Student Visa application. Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from ALPADIA. Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.

If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged £ 40 when you register.
