School description

The ALPADIA course centre is located in a quiet environment at the edge of the forest, 10 minutes away from the town centre. The building offers comfortable and fully furnished rooms which all have their own bathroom with shower. The classrooms as well as the restaurant are located on the ground floor and the terraces and gardens can be accessed throughout the day. The nearby sports centre is well-equipped and includes a swimming pool, various football, volleyball and basketball grounds as well as other state-of-the-art facilities in order for you to make the most of outdoor activities.

ESL's Freiburg course center is located in a quiet environment at the edge of the forest, 10 minutes to the town center. The building offers comfortable, fully furnished bedrooms with private bathroom for 4 students. The classrooms as well as the cafeteria are located on the ground floor and surrounded by sunny terraces and gardens.
Closed to the course center, there is a large sports center with swimming pool, various football, volleyball and basketball grounds as well as other facilities, where participants will make the most of a wide range of sports and outdoor activities.

This week of "intensive" version has been very positive.
The care was done upon arrival with a test to determine the level.

We join later his group to begin the week of classes.
Native teacher, very friendly and competent.

Classes are structured, both written and oral. Distribution of some written supports.

It is therefore ideal to progress, review concepts and learn news.

The very intensive course in very small group at the end of the morning is perfect to progress and to gain confidence in the oral.

Excellent experience that we will renew next year!
We have no experience for accommodation, since we rented an apartment.

"It was good although the lessons were sometimes very intensive"

I would have liked more free time with the other students. My roommates were friendly. The teachers only speak German which was hard to understand, but nevertheless beneficial from a learning point of view! The food was average.

Student residence accommodation is ideal for a language study stay for juniors and teenagers and allows you to enjoy an enriching experience of community life in every respect. You get to know young people from throughout the world, with whom you share culture, relaxation and entertainment whilst practising German, in complete relaxation and whilst forgetting barriers and differences. A chance to make new friends and unforgettable memories.

The ALPADIA Freiburg course centre is very comfortable and the large bedrooms for four people all have their own private bathroom. The ALPADIA team monitors stays on-site and constantly looks after the well-being and safety of the participants. The residence accommodation includes full board.

It is possible for students who already know each other to request to share the same bedroom.

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged 90 € when you register.
