Salamanca is one of the most ancient cities in Spain and a university town par excellence. It’s located in the very heart of Castilla y León, The City of Spanish with a perfect Spanish spoken. Given Salamanca’s humanistic tradition and rich artistic, in 1988 it became a designated World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Teachers are nice. They kindly talked to me every day and concerned about me. They gave me a lot of new information. One thing I didn’t like is about the class level. Personally, I’ve learnt Spanish and already know basic grammatical rules. I was in A2 class in Berceo. When it comes to listening and speaking in class, A2 is suitable or somewhat challenging for me. But grammatically, I didn’t learn anything new. Everything was what I’ve learnt by myself. I tried to solve this problem and talked with teachers but it wasn’t solved. If they have class focusing on more practical Spanish, it would have been better for me.
