I really liked classes at this school because most time of classes we were talking which was great. Of course we've learnt new grammar and vocabulary, but as I said most of the time we would talk in korean. The teacher was super nice and explained everything very well.

But my teacher only spoke Korean, even explained in Korean.
So I did always have to have my phone nearby to translate because otherwise I would not understand.
My teacher was very nice, kind and patient.
It was a good experience.
The administration of the School is always trying to help. It is fast in answering questions and offers an impeccable both proactive and reactive service. The professor was exceptional. Teaching adults coming from very different backgrounds is difficult, but the professor handled us brightly. The professor was also very professional in giving feedback on the assignments the very same day the assignments were done. The professor also prepared a professional level presentation as an answer to a student's question. It exceeded by far what was expected. Finally the quality of the teaching is certainly reflected in the improvement in understanding. And, although it is still very tough for me to speak, I can without a doubt share that my level in Korean has improved a lot. I have used different means to learn Korean, from books, websites, private tutors and the Language school. The Green Language School surpasses all the other means I have used so far, and all that in a very pleasant environment.

The location was in a great spot. Easily walkable to so many interesting places. There was a good cafe which was a bonus on the days when you wanted to study for a bit before going home.
What I liked about the course was how far you could progress in a short period of time, what I found difficult was the pace of learning. That said, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Hostel HARU is 3 floors above the School, the hostel is basically look after yourself access wise and is very clean and well serviced. Friendly staff, helpful.

I like everything about Green Korean Language School.
I liked teachers, classes, facilities, hosting and locations great. Thank you.
Two comments: the final exam was planned on my last day (flights tickets was bought) and I was not informed about it. The hostel price is much higher than usual hotel in the same district.
Effective and serious learning in a good mood; excellent teachers and pleasant surroundings. I'll be back.

but you can easily ask to change level.
the two teachers only speak Korean which is quite difficult at first
but their apprenticeships quickly make you forget the language barrier.
for my part I am happy with the school. I don't think I'll go back there because I'm only on vacation in August.
I think you have to go min to 2 or else speak English well, which was quite difficult since I don't master English.
for the lessons, I only booked 1 month because I was leaving the second week of August and it takes at least 2 weeks for the start of the lessons
for location,
accommodation is reserved for girls only and it costs double that of a room for men (ex: 1800 euro instead of 900 euro for 1 month, I round off of course)
then, the school is 10 min walk from line 2 of the metro (eujilro 1 then exit 3 or 4),
it is well located with a district where there are plenty of restaurants and shops.
for the activities, I prefer to say nothing especially in times of covid.
Ah yes on the other hand, the books are not taken into account in the price, they have to be paid for on the spot (a little about 20 thousand won for two books for 1 level), and drinks and meals too
The highlight at Green Korean Language School for me was the fact that the Teacher would create a friendly and personal relationship with each student despite the short amount of time. She did this by asking questions about what we did on the weekend, our hobbies and interests. This is extremely realistic and useful as that is how we connect with people. The Teacher showed genuine interest and curiosity for her students which was extremely refreshing.

The other teachers also seems really nice. The language school is really central and the building is clean and convenient. There's also a Café attached to it where the food is really nice and it’s a nice place to sit down and do your homework after class. The price is really cheap and I can recommend the school to anyone who wants to learn Korean. It was a really nice experience and I hope I can come again another time!
Show details » Read more...I attended the Green Korean Language School for only a month but I had a great experience since day one. The teachers and staff were really friendly and always checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and I wasn't encountering any issues.
I really liked the teacher that taught our course as she made classes dynamic and even funny at times. Also, the fact that she only spoke Korean felt uncomfortable and a little hard at first, but it definitely helped me improve the language faster. The only problem I encountered, I would say, was from the point of view of grammar. Most of the new grammar points we studied were poorly covered on the books. You would expect then the teacher to do a good job covering for what the book is lacking, but I left most days having questions and doubts, ones that could only be asked in English as my level of Korean wasn't that good yet.
Overall I had a great experience and it was a great opportunity to practice my speaking and listening skills, which is what I cared about the most!
The teacher, the staff, and students were all very focused, helpful and nice. I had a great time at Green School and wish I could have stayed longer.

Thank you very much!
I look forward to meeting you again!
I've been really pleased with Green Korean Language School, that's why i choose to go back and study here twice now. Language has never been my strong suit, a part of it is because I have Dyslexia, neither has school in general. But here thanks to a welcoming school and talented teachers I've started to get a passion for learning again.
The school has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere which made me comfortable to speak, write and to make mistakes, which I learned a lot from. It also seems to me like they not only focused on students that perhaps are not that quick when it comes to learning languages. I’ve also seen Overseas-Koreans and other people that excel in the Korean language getting the proper arrangements suited to their skills.
The school is located around allot of delicious restaurants, so if you want to grab some food with your classmates or explore some of the beautiful coffee shop, stores or other arias after school you’ll have a lot to choose from. You can also go back and study or hangout at school, which is usually very quiet, they have a cafe in the school. both the coffee and the food there is quite good for a quick snack.
Each month has an event, it can be all from going to a museum, making some food or something new they added recently cinema! Also at the end of the month we celebrate with finishing a our classes by eating some food together in the classroom. Which is handed out form the school, don’t expect a 6-course meal but more like a delicious snack! One time we all made dumplings :). Then they give out small awards for those who won some contests. for example, a diary contest.
the facilities by my standards are quite nice, modern and clean. The housing seems good, clean and modern and its quite new as well. the best thing must be the location. The housing aria is in the same building as the school so it is convenient. But because of the price I choose to live in a share apartment 15 away from Jonggak.
On a finishing note I would just like to add that I had the time of my life there and it has really been a part off one of the best times of my life. It’s a school suited for everyone.
Thank you for your review.
We are honored and pleased so much!
Thank you and see you again.
The class is so comfortable, the teacher have a good skill to teach, the location is near almost everywhere. This is my good choice to pick this school. Excellent
