Sunshine, Sangria, Flamenco and tapas cuisine are all synonymous of Spain. Why not take home both the Spanish language and some Spanish culture so that you can feel like you are on holiday every day of the year. Spain is infamous for its tapas dishes which are served up alongside drinks in bars up and down the country. In this course, you can learn how to make some typical Spanish cuisine and even brush up on your Spanish language skills.
Some of the delicious delights you could be preparing on your course include: Sangria, tortilla de patatas (Spanish omelette)and many different tongue-tingling tapas, sauces, fish or meat dishes and not forgetting Paella, which you will be able to taste test afterwards!

Situated in the center of town, our premises occupy an entire five-story building which has been carefully reformed to offer every convenience expected in the 21st century.
What's more, the school is perfectly placed, just a short walk away from the renowned cathedral, one of the landmark buildings during the Spanish Renaissance (itself a highly idyosincratic period, which resembles nothing of what we have commonly come to know as Renaissance art). At the same time, all our student accommodation facilities are also within a short walk of the school, making it especially convenient for our students.

This was a wonderful experience. All the staff at the school were welcoming and supportive. I made my own housing arrangements. My tutor Eleanora was superb at working with me to increase comfort in conversation, vocabulary, and experience using preterito perfecto and preterito indefinido. I advanced to Level B1, which was very gratifying. Plus Eleanora made this a very rewarding experience with her warmth and knowledgable instruction. Thank you!
