Spanish World Institute
The intensive spanish general courses concentrate on improving every aspect of the Spanish language. This course is focused on developing the communicative skills: listening, Spoken interaction and production, writing, grammar, vocabulary, reading and pronunciation.
In the morning the students develop general skills, while in the afternoon the students have the possibility to study different electives such as Spanish for business, Colombian culture, DELE preparation and includes Friday’s afternoon activity .

The spanish school is located in in one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Bogota, Chapinero Alto, which remains untouched. Families still run the small supermarkets and shops on the corner, while young locals are opening up new hotspots. it is a very trendy and beautiful part of Bogotá.
It is close to tourist, cultural and business areas, homestay accommodation, hotels and apartments for rent, recreation facilities, parks and numerous shops and restaurants.
The biggest parks (National Park and Simon Bolivar Park) in Bgota are 15 minutes away from the school and there are many opportunities to practice sports. also Every Sunday you can enjoy the "Ciclovia": kilometers of main roads that are closed for cars across the city, and are used by bicycle riders and people who love jogging or for strolling with dogs.
The Spanish School is also easily accessible by buses from any part of the city and just 30 minutes from the international airport and bus terminal.

I like that I was discouraged from using any English. The activities were also great, and the teachers were superb. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn or improve their Spanish.

These homes are often between 20 - 30 minutes away from the school by public transport. Families usually offer affordable meal plans that allow you to sample the local cuisine. We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged $45 when you register.
