We focused on conversations using the information of the previous day that I learned and focused on more practical and pragmatic ways for basic communication on my trip to Italy. I wish I would’ve done the full week, but I felt like I got a lot out of the two days that I took the class.

Yet, in similar schools abroad the corses are more structured, one lesson focuses on grammar, one on vocabulary, one on conversation., … each lesson has a different teacher ( this increases the dynamic and intensity to the group) , the international students in the group have very similar language skills ( this was not the case in our group), each teacher gives homework to be checked the next day. All these were not the case in the Language International, but could be improved in the future. This way students would get the most value even from one week course.
Also in some other language schools, there are visits of the touristattractions and other social activities organised for students after the courses in the afternoon.
I have spent 1 week in Napoli and did appreciated my italien lessons a lot. The teachers Maria, Benedetta and Laura are amazing, full of humor and patience. I've learned a lot, the level of the course was slightly higher than my own, but I loved that even more because now I am more motivated to learn and improve my italien.
Also, I met nice and responsible persons from different age and nationality, we could exchange and share our experience in Napoli.
Grazie Nadia! Hope you will continue studying Italian.
Thank you for your participation which enriched our classes.
I attended language class Italian B1 during one week.
Very nice and friendly, welcoming teachers.
The course program did not really meet my expectations.
I joined a class with two other students who had been together for a couple of weeks already and planning to continue for a couple of months. I "landed" in the middle of ongoing schedule so to say.
It felt random and not in any way adjusted to my own needs or expectations.
Summarise a bit of a disappointment, even though this had nothing to do with the teachers och the other students. All very nice and friendly with a good laugh along the way.
The teacher was great and very reactive. I spent five morning in this school and I learnt a lot.

The course was very good, the only problem that i had was that i couldn't complete it for 2 weeks. So I was disappointed for that, it could have been nice to recover those classes. I asked the teacher but she said that i can't recover. to conclude i think that it should be more flexible the timetable. because i paid 2 weeks of the course and in only assisted to 1 week.

Fantastic Teacher, who individualized the lessens to my needs. The school is very easily accessible as its just next to central station.

Despite the different languages among colleagues from other parts of the world, we were able to interact and learn without problems. I recommend it!

Classes: I was very confused because the class was not composed of other people doing a week course like me. Instead the class already seemed to be in the middle of a far bigger course and it was like I was an intruder for a week. Luckily I had already encountered much of the content in previous studies so was able to contribute. But it seemed like I had just been dumped in any old course for a week. The students already knew each other and I wasn’t really able to get to know them so was left out. In all I think the course was far too overpriced for what I got, especially because I didn’t get the full amount of days. I understand this was unavoidable but a small discount would have been good.
Housing: Due to the holidays I wasn’t able to get the housing I wanted but the accommodation I did get was perfect for me and in a very good central location. It was also good that this came at a discount due to the inconvenience, unlike the course. My host Laura was also very welcoming on my arrival.
I found the classes to be practical and very useful. I learnt not only about the language itself, but a good mixture of the culture and also necessary dialect. The teachers were all very friendly and I found it very easy to communicate with them. The facilities were clean and definitely large enough, as well as having a good location. Overall I really enjoyed my experience.

It was very easy for my to be myself around them and they were very encouraging in learning a new language. My host family was equally helpful and caring. It felt like I was able to learn so much more than just culture from them. Location wise, everything was reachable through the metro.

Show details » Read more...I have always loved Italy, its history, and its culture, so I decided to spend some time in Naples. Since my Italian was very very basic, I also wanted to take some Italian classes. Fortunately, I found Laura's school where I learned so much in only a few weeks! My teacher and classmates were absolutely amazing and we had so much fun studying Italian together, listening to songs, having small conversations. The school is really central, close to the train station.
Thanks for this amazing time Laura, I will be back soon!
