Our passion: language training as a holistic experience. Flexible, personal, multi-faceted!
Our history: language teaching based on experience.
Between the 3 members of our management team, we've learned 7 languages since childhood: English, Turkish, Bulgarian, Polish, Ukranian, and Russian. Many of these languages, including German for some of us, were ones we had to learn as part of our schooling.
Because of this, we understand the difficulties of the often lengthy learning process. But our experiences have taught us how to make language learning easier, increase motivation, and make joy, a predictor for success, a part of the process.
Now we get to pass this knowledge on to you with the help of our many years of experience in adult education and our team of carefully selected language and communication specialists.
Our mission: innovative learning acquisition.
We live languages. We want to deliver an enjoyable, high-quality learning experience to our clients using new technologies and innovative teaching methods. Our skills — your success!
Experience language with us! Our 60-minute lessons are built also on a healthy dose of fun and enthusiasm.

Location is very good. Secretary nice and very warming. Teaching not completely satisfying even in a "holiday course".

Dear Gabrielle,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent German Holiday Language Course (1:1-classes) experience with us.
We're delighted to hear that you found our location convenient and our secretary welcoming. However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that the teaching aspect of your course did not meet your expectations.
We want to assure you that we take customer feedback seriously, and we always endeavor to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. That’s why we proactively also reached out to you after your first two sessions to ensure everything was meeting your needs. At that time, you indicated that everything was perfect.
Our instructors are dedicated to tailoring their lessons to each student's preferences and goals. They are more than willing to adjust their approach to align with your learning objectives, as evidenced by their preparation based on your interests in Vienna's history, opera, and music.
While we regret that your experience fell short of your expectations, we genuinely appreciate your feedback. It helps us identify areas for improvement and ensure that future students have a more satisfactory experience.
Once again, thank you for choosing the LcL Language Institute. We value your input and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
It was very intensive course, thanks to which i learned a lot. Teacher was very patient and helpful. It was crazy for me to get to know people from all over the world and work with them. You can see the school is new, you can feel the breath of freshness. Class to practice pronunciation is a super experience. I'm thinking about starting the next course, this time a level up.

Some equipment such as headphones and microphones were not fully set up and were used on the last day of class. The instructor was really good, spoke clearly and explained things well. The setup of the classes was good. Ideally, it would be great to switch up class activities and make them a bit more dynamic so that it’s not as repetitive over time (such as creating dialogues or conversations). The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they provided us with water for every class. Overall I had a very good experience. While there are things still being set up or renovated, I think this institute already has great potential for being a good resource for language learning.
