I am a student remotely, that's means I learn online on zoom. The teacher manages very well the class online, all students participate. all days you learn several skills: speaking, writing, listening and reading, also you have some evaluation.
this course follows me to improve my English and acquire a good level.
It's the first time I really learned a good level of English, particularly academic English.
If you want a good course don't hesitate, to take Language Gallery Toronto
I only did one week so I couldn't evolve. It was nice, but there are things that could be improved.
Show details » Read more...I took the IELTS class in this school for 5 weeks and all I learned are some idioms and words. I’m not recommending this school for anybody who would like to take IELTS course. Academic manager was good, other teachers were good but the IELTS class was not helpful at all.

Show details » Read more...The class was pretty cool, i liked to meet different people from different cultures. Also there where never to much people in one class and the teachers gave could help everyone. Sometime they put you on a to low level without a good reason. The test is only based on speaking and they told me my speaking is good but they think my writing, listening and reading might be worse so they first don’t want me to change the level but in fact they have never testet my reading listening and writing so it was absurd. There where other students with the same problem but i have to say, when i talkt with them they finally let me change the level and I could profit. The location is good, it is very central based. The building is nice but it is way too cold inside. It is such a waste of energy to set the air conditioner so high when it is so warm outside. I joined the school only for two weeks so i did no activities. And I also stayed with friends of mine who life in toronto so i had no host family. But over all i can say that I really enjoyed my stay at the language gallery.
Show details » Read more...I liked so much the classes, the teachers were so friendly and kind. The facilities were so comfortable to stay during the afternoon and there are computers with internet in case you have to do homework. I loved the Canadian family and their house where I stayed, they were so kind with me and helped me with everything I needed.
It's so easy to get to the school because is in front a subway station and it's in downtown so if you just walk around the school you'll meet Toronto's downtown.
I didn't like that at the end of the month that I stayed there, I had to come back to my home:(
I got just class of three weeks, so I really want stay more days. The school are placed nearby downtown, and all stuff are very kind me. Especially, you can choice class easily yourself because there would adapt your schedule.

Location is really good. My class was good too because we were a group of 4 or 6 people.
Andrew was my teacher and he means business! He was always punctual and his class was very diversified. He is expert in the IELTS test.
Everyone at The Language Gallery is friendly in special Olga, Jeniffer, Monica and Mariana. They were always there to help me.
I was not thinking about to go a College until Olga showed me all the possibilities and explained me about the pathway. She helped me with everything, so I could apply for a College in the end of the course and I was accepted.
I did not like when people had lunch inside the classroom because it let the place smelling bad for the afternoon class.
I enjoyed my experience at all and I would recommend it.
Thank you so much! You worked very hard on your English skills at TLG.
I hope you will succeed! I will ask the teachers not to let the students have their lunch in the classroom.
