The language school was small, but not in a bad way, it was really welcoming. The staff and the twio teachers were really helpful and kind. The timetable was also really flexibel and there was many types of lessons, like listenning, writing, speaking. The groups was also small, there were lik 2-3-4 people in one class, so everybody could participate in the exercises. From the city centre it only took me 40-50 minutes to get there, so it was not that horrible.

Show details » Read more...Your Language Club Getafe is a small school in Getafe - a suburb of Madrid. I stayed in Madrid and every day I took a train to Getafe. It takes about 25 minutes to reach Getafe by train from the centrum of Madrid. Ten minutes walk from the station to the school. I did like very much the classes; there were 2 teachers, who were very kind and professionals. The atmosphere at school is friendly and the group is not large, so there is enough time and space for everyone to talk and communicate.

The teachers and students were very welcoming, caring and attentive.
I felt at ease from day one, the teachers had a great sense of humor, they were smiling, patient and took the time to teach each of us, taking the time to fill in our weaknesses and correct our mistakes.
It's a special school where I was able to make rapid progress in English and Spanish because we were totally immersed in the language and everyone played along. We had the chance to constantly debate, express ourselves, listen to others or video/audio extracts, learn new vocabulary, grammar and lots of other things, and of course make mistakes and learn from them.
What's more, it's not like a conventional school. I've been able to forge links with the people I've come into contact with, and the whole structure of the course is based on these links. For example, we're lucky enough to be able to play games at "Metamorfo board game". It's a great opportunity to practice English in real-life conditions in the super game room, where we have lots of fun and laughs!
And every other week we go to a bar to play and chat, have a drink and spend some quality time together.
And last but not least, their prices are very reasonable.
I've made enormous progress since I joined this school and I've had great experiences with wonderful people.
Many thanks to “Your Language Club and all their participants".
Due to some inconveniences in my connection, when I was going to sign up for classes, I had few options. I was able to participate in few classes, but I noticed that they are isolated classes and that makes it difficult to have a common thread in the teaching-learning process. Very good teachers.
