The best way to learn Arabic is interacting with those who speak it well, native speakers. Choose our Study Abroad program and come to Egypt and practice Arabic with your teacher, neighbors and the people on the street. We will help you to find a good accommodation in most beautiful areas in Cairo to rent, and pick you from/drop you off the airport. We will assign you a teacher to come to your apartment and teach you Arabic in person.
About the program:
-You can choose to study any of the levels in a combined course of Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (or any other dialect of Sudanese Arabic or Levantine) of 100 Hours (Minimum of 10 hours/week)
- Accommodation: we will send you pictures of apartments to rent and you choose according to your preferences.
-Tour trips: we will send you few pre-planed trips to different places in Egypt and you choose according to your preferences.
Note:
- If you have a background in Arabic, it's recommended to undertake an online Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) to asses your level conducted by a certified specialized tester by ACTFL.

We are "Arabic Tutor Online", an online Arabic language school for teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers around the whole world. At “Arabic tutor online” you will meet qualified teachers with vast experiences and well trained in teaching Arabic as a foreign language. For many years, all the teachers have worked in the International Language Institute (ILI), International House of Languages (IH) in Cairo. The teachers are patient, skillful in dealing with students’ challenges and needs. They can enable the students in the process of gaining language skills and mastering Arabic by using a variety of tools and programs … e.g. media, TV shows, videos, and a wide variety of practices. We have a variety of Arabic language courses online and in Egypt for all levels like:
- Modern Standard Arabic.
- Egyptian Colloquial Arabic.
- Levantine Arabic.
- Sudanese Arabic.
- Arabic for special purposes (special courses).
- Study Arabic in Egypt program.
ATO has partnerships with the following universities and colleges in Egypt. You can gain full or conditional acceptance into one of these institutions.
The nationality and age mix at Arabic Tutor varies over different time periods, courses and levels.
ATO does not hold classes on the holiday dates below. The school does not compensate for these holidays, so make sure to choose your start date accordingly.

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
Please note that we do not book flights for our students. If you are researching airfare costs, we recommend using Kayak.com, a search engine that lets you compare flight options from your home country to Cairo based on your budget, schedule and preferences.
