I really enjoyed my experience in the course. I honestly didn't expect to feel so good learning a language.
I was used to the typical teaching method in schools where only the surface of English is touched upon without even giving a concrete idea of what it would be useful for us to learn it and how we could handle ourselves in a situation of this type. Something that did not happen during my stay at Anne's Language House, from the first day of class we were taught how to speak English and why it is spoken in such a way depending on the context or situation.
I found the teachers to be incredible people, very professional and also very patient with the students.
Studying at ANNE'S Language House was an excellent experience because I met many friendly people, the teachers are nice and always willing to help you. The location of this school is also convenient because it is located close to the C-train stations, so you do not have to walk far, which is great. Afterschool activities were also great. We visited Drumheller, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Banff, and so on.

Hi Alena,
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was such a pleasure to have you and we already miss you very much. Wishing you all the best!
It was just for 3 weeks but I had a great experience. The school was awesome. First of all, the location that is in the central of down town is perfect. The teacher of my class is also perfect. He finds his students weakness and gives us a good advice. The managers are so kind and gave me who come here to work many advices and corrected my resume for me. My host family that was recommended by the school was very nice and I could stay their house very comfortably. No more perfect host family.

Sometimes I don’t understand the meaning or I can’t put it into words well, but my classmates and teacher help me, so it is easy to talk.

The school is in the same of block of the train, so It was very easy to arrive.
The homestay was also nice, they made me feel at home all the time.
The class is really good for beginners.
The best advantage is that the students can study in a small group, so students can be taught intensively and work on their weaknesses.
The facilities and teachers are also really good.
I studied for a month, and I think that I became more confident in speaking English.
The location was a little bit far, but other things made up for the location!
The teacher was really awesome. He had passion, a nice attitude, and good feedback. We were in a very small class so he always focused on me. He didn't pass judgement.
I could easily understand the class because his voice was very clean and he explained the grammar. If I couldn't understand, he tried to make me understand.
Even the directors also always cared about me. When I had a break time, they visited me for a chat. It was really good for me. They also had clean accents, so just simply talking was helpful.
I didn't want to graduate. If I have a chance, I want to come back to Anne's language house! :)
